Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Contractual Status

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') form a binding agreement between the following parties: Provider: Epifront d.o.o., Pijacna 8, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina ('Epifront', 'we', 'us', or 'our'); and User: Any individual who creates an account or uses the online dating platform at www.mypassionmatch.com ('Platform', 'Service', 'you', 'your').

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, understand these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Definitions

'Coins' means virtual credits that Users may purchase and spend to interact with features and other Users on the Platform. 'Content' refers to any material uploaded by Users, including text, images, or video.

4. Eligibility and Registration

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

5. Payments, Coins, and Refund Policy

All interactions on the Platform are monetized via Coins, which can be purchased in various amounts. Coins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or resold. All sales are final. We do not offer any recurring subscriptions.

6. User Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for all content they upload. You may not post illegal, defamatory, or explicit content that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property and Licenses

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Epifront a limited license to use, display, and host content for the purposes of operating the Service. Platform code, design, and trademarks remain the property of Epifront.

8. Termination and Suspension

Users may terminate their accounts at any time. Epifront may suspend or permanently disable access without notice for any behavior deemed harmful, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Epifront d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Coins over the last six (6) months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

11. Changes to the Terms

Epifront may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
