1.Our Policy

Epifront, Inc. ('Epifront', 'we') respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use Passion Match to do the same. We respond to clear notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ('DMCA'), and to similar notices under other applicable laws.

When we receive a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material and tell the user who posted it. We keep records of the notices and counter-notices we receive and the actions we take.

2.How to Report Infringement

If you believe that material on Passion Match infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (see below) that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or, if several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them).

3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it, for example the link to the profile or a screenshot showing where it appears.

4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that do not include these elements may not be valid under the DMCA, but we will contact you if we need more information.

3.Designated Agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent
Epifront, Inc.
1111B S Governors Ave STE 34332
Dover, DE 19904
United States
Email: [email protected]

This address is only for copyright and other intellectual property matters. For anything else, please use our contact page.

4.Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before it was removed.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Epifront may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We send a copy of the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to keep the material offline, we may restore it 10 to 14 business days after we received the counter-notice.

5.Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We may also remove content or restrict an account when a user infringes someone else's intellectual property rights, even if it is the first time.

6.False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please consider getting legal advice before sending a notice.

7.Other Intellectual Property and Other Countries

For trademark complaints, other intellectual property complaints, or notices under laws outside the United States (for example the EU Digital Services Act), write to the same address. We review them under the law that applies.

To report something else, such as harassment, a fake profile or a safety concern, please use our Report abuse page.
